Arm exercises with weights
These five moves are all you need to sculpt strong and sexy arms
Whether you're looking to blast those bingo wings or just give your upper body a little more definition, we've got the perfect workout to get you looking hot in a tank top. All you need is a set of weights that you feel are heavy enough to give you a real challenge - particularly when you're reaching the end of the workout - but light enough so that you can complete the prescribed sets and reps for your level with good form.
How to do it
Perform a full set of the exercise, then take 20-30 seconds rest and move on to the next exercise. Repeat for the prescribed number of sets.
Beginner: 2 x 8 reps each move
Intermediate: 3 x 10 reps each move
Advanced: 4 x 10 reps each move
