Boxing workout for women

There are way more benefits to combat training than you’d think. Not only is it amazing for stamina, strength, toning and core stability, but it really helps to focus the mind and all of our emotions. What’s more, after this workout you’ll feel parts of your body you never have before – which in itself is motivation to want to do more and more training. Eye of the tiger, ladies!
How to do it
Start each workout with a skipping warm-up of around 5 minutes. Either: skip for 30 seconds, then stretch, then rest for 30 seconds, repeated 3-5 times. Or, skip for 1 minute then rest for 30 seconds, repeated 3-5 times. Perform this workout 3-4 times a week.
