Gym ball, Swiss ball, stability ball... whatever you call it, just make sure you use it. It's a great way to tone up while challenging your core at the same time and there are an endless number of moves you can try to work your body from head to toe.
We've cherry-picked three of our favourites that gym-goers of all levels can try. Add them to your regular workout routine to cinch in that waist, tone your pins and sculpt your back. All you'll need is a gym ball!
