Gym ball, Swiss ball, stability ball... whatever you call it, you need to try it. It's a great way to tone up while challenging your core at the same time. Not to mention, there are an endless number of moves you can try to work your body from head to toe - making it a cheap and effective way to workout!
We've cherry-picked three of our favourites that gym-goers of all levels can try. Add them to your regular workout routine to cinch in that waist, tone your legs and sculpt your back. All you'll need is a gym ball!
