How to do it
Begin on your hands and knees in front of the BOSU, then place your hands on the edges of the BOSU and stretch your legs back out into plank (a).
As you exhale, bend your arms down into a press-up, your face lowering towards the BOSU (b).
Pause, then, keeping your body flat, slowly push yourself back up to the starting position
Working those chest muscles isn’t just a man’s game. Toning your upper torso can do wonders for improving the look of your bust. Although you can’t change your breasts (you’re stuck with what mother nature intended we’re afraid), you can help them look more pert by developing the muscles underneath to help create the illusion of a firm, lifted bust and an enhanced cleavage
