We’re so excited about our challenges this
year! Whether you fancy cycling the 300km
to Paris, walking the three highest peaks in
Yorkshire, trying a half marathon or duathlon, dancing
in Hyde Park or signing up for our Women’s Fitness
Ultimate Boot Camp, we have something to suit
everyone and every fitness level.

When it comes to fitness, having a challenge and
a goal can provide a more rewarding workout and give
you the time frame you need to get the results you
want. So, over the next six months we have something
to tickle everyone’s fancy, and what’s more the whole
Women’s Fitness team will be
practising what we preach and joining
in with the challenges too!
In this issue you’ll find everything
you need to choose the challenge
(or two!) that suits you, your first
month’s training plan from personal
trainer Jeff Archer, top tips to get you
started, complementary exercise, as
well as some great kit ideas. Then,
every month hereafter, we’ll be keeping
you motivated and focused with more
monthly plans, as well as feedback from
the team on how we’re progressing.
We’ve also got a dedicated page on
our website,
where you can blog and chat to us about
how your training’s going, sign up to the
challenges and ask the experts for tips on
how to get in top shape for your event.
For most of our challenges we’ve
teamed up with a charity so you can get fit
and raise money for a great cause, too. So,
all that remains is for you to get as excited
as we are, choose your challenge, sign up
and join us in getting fit for a great 2010!
